Gemmee utilizes advanced transmission technology, resulting in negligible latency. It's ideal for photography and vlogging applications. For the most stable and clear image quality, we highly recommend using the left port for a wired connection.
How can I connect my mobile phone to the device?
You can connect via a wired or wireless method.• Wired: Use the provided data cable. Connect it to the port on the left side of the device and to your phone. A simple authentication will appear on your phone's screen to complete the connection.• Wireless: The setup involves a quick three-step process: 1) Bluetooth pairing, 2) Wi-Fi connection, and 3) enabling screen Mirroring/Smart View from your phone.
Is my Samsung phone compatible with your device?
Yes, our device is fully compatible with Samsung phones. Both wired and wireless connection methods are supported.
How do I set up a wireless OR wired connection with my Samsung phone?
Wireless setup is a simple three-step process via your phone’s settings: Pair your phone with the device in Bluetooth settings. Connect your phone to the device’s dedicated Wi-Fi network. Use Samsung’s Smart View (screen mirroring) function to select and connect to our device.For a wired connection: Use the provided data cable. Connect it to the port on the left side of our device and to your Samsung phone. Follow the simple authentication prompt on your phone to complete the connection.
Does the buzzing/humming sound normal?
Yes. A low hum is normal operational sound from internal circuitry, common in high-performance electronics. It does not affect performance or safety.
Is the sound level typical for this type of product?
